XQZGX-12A is a desktop filling and capping machine and is mainly for filling and capping small reagent vials. The appearance adopts 304 stainless steel which is easy to clean. The filling pumps use XQX2 high-precision ceramic pump to ensure high filling accuracy(within ±0.5%). The filling speed is up to 31-35 pcs/min. The machine adopts the bottle mold fast loading method, different vial types can be changed quickly and conveniently. At the same time, the capping part uses the air capping head to make sure the tightness of the capping.
